The best course of action in the face of a stressful situation, whether it be an illness or a traumatic event, is to have an immune system strong enough to protect you!
I created this online course to help you strengthen your body and mind to resist the symptoms that might be aggravated by stress, disrupted sleep, anxiety and worry, stress eating, to name a few examples
The key to building a strong immune defense is to address the root cause that's weakening your immunity and robbing you of your vitality. This course addresses the root cause and then gives you a 3-step format to strengthen your body-mind .
Ayurveda is an ancient system of natural and holistic health care that creates within your body and mind an optimum environment for healing to take place and maximizes your body's ability to heal itself.
