The classes are a step-by-step guide to the 8 stages of Yoga Nidra. They provide you with the knowledge and techniques that promote relaxation, energy and psychological and emotional balance.

The Purpose of the Classes

As a result, cortisol hormones surge into your blood stream triggering high levels of inflammation.
